Dr. Melanie Guldi received her Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Davis in 2006. Dr. Guldi worked as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Mount Holyoke College before joining UCF’s Economics Department in the fall of 2011. Her research focuses on economic demography and health. She has published articles and book chapters in this area, most recently in The Quarterly Journal of Economics and in The Journal of Human Resources.
