The Corporate Governance Program in the College of Business

strives to promote the highest standards in corporate governance and business ethics. The program is dedicated to facilitating the professional development of corporate directors, officers, key employees, counsel, major shareholders, business advisors and other stakeholders. Our objective is to offer assistance to them in discharging their fiduciary and ethical duties, helping them to maximize their contributions to corporate performance. The program provides a national and international forum on corporate governance, which will include an annual conference, research and publications, education and training programs, in-house programs, independently and in conjunction with other institutions.
